Our headquarters are located in Inverness, Florida. We have production facilities located in Florida, Michigan, Alabama, and Nebraska.
What are you hours of operation?
9am-5pm EST Monday-Friday. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal Holidays.
How do I contact you?
You can contact us by using the live chat option seen at the bottom right corner of each page or via email at support@inkysigns.com. We strive to respond to all emails in a timely manner. We are usually able to respond on the same business day but during times of increased work volume our responses may be delayed. Our goal is to always respond within 24 hours.
Is my payment information secure?
Your payment information is entered by you into a secure payment terminal and your information is encrypted to prevent it from being stolen. We never see payment information aside from your name, address, phone number, and email address. Your credit card information is not stored by us and we never have access to it.
What is your return policy?
All products are custom printed to order. With each product you will be shown a proof before payment is made. We print exactly what you see in the proof and therefore cannot accept returns or exchanges, and do not offer refunds, unless there is an evident quality issue with the print itself. We require all refund/return/exchange requests to be made within 48 hours of delivery and must have photo documentation of quality issues or damages.
